Business: delivery to a business with a loading dock or forklift.
Residential: home delivery needs a lift gate truck, so it costs more.
Note: Prices in Canadian dollars; the final cost is shown at checkout.
Residential Delivery
Lift Gate & Tailgate Service:
For freight shipments to residential addresses, a lift gate or tailgate service fee applies. This option must be selected at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Without it, you'll need equipment capable of unloading heavy freight.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day
- Next-day dispatch: Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time ship the following business day
- Out-of-stock items: Shipped 1 business day after restocking, by the shipping method chosen at checkout; no shipping price adjustment is made
- Unable to fill an order: We will let you know by email within 1 business day
Delivery Destinations
- Standard shipping: Available across Canada and the contiguous United States
- Remote locations: Please contact us before ordering to discuss options and pricing
- Address accuracy: All shipments go to the address provided at checkout — we cannot redirect packages in transit
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on:
- Your geographic location
- Carrier routing and schedules
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Freight classification and handling requirements
- Seasonal volume fluctuations
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- A tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight on the return of defective items
- No replacement is sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned item
- Include a copy of the original invoice inside the package
